热敏电阻(Thermistor)的名称由来于Thermally sensitive Resistor(对热度敏感的电阻),是一种电阻值随着温度的改变而显著变化的半导体.随着温度的上升,电阻值增大的热敏电阻称PTC热敏电阻,反之,电阻值减小的热敏电阻称NTC热敏电阻。

只提及热敏电阻时,一般是指NTC热敏电阻。
